- 4 year undergraduate degree in science or engineering field (you can applying during your 4th year for entry right after you graduate). (Note the MBiotech program starts in May, so you literally start right after you complete undergrad)
- Min 3.0 GPA in last 2 academic years (see GPA conversion scale).
- English language proficiency (International applicants)
- General GRE (International applicants)

The overall acceptance rate of University of Toronto Master of Biotechnology program Digital Health Stream is about 20% based on 2022 statistics. In other words, you need to be in the top 20% of the applicant pool to be awarded a seat in the MBiotech DHT program.
